Yes there will be a team member assigned to help you with any team issues or business needs that you have. If anything needs escalating to HR, we will have a HR team member who can assist you with solving whatever team issues you maybe having.

Usually our teams have a 3-4 hour overlap with US and UK clients, but we also have the option for clients to have their team members work on the same work hours.

The Philippines has laws in place to protect intellectual property, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). This law provides comprehensive protection for various forms of IP, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.

Client contracts, employee contracts and NDA’s all have clauses that help to safeguard the clients IP and trade secrets, as well as stipulating that the work output by the offshore team is owned by the client.

The 13th month pay in the Philippines is a mandatory benefit required by law for all rank-and-file employees who have worked for at least one month during the calendar year. It is equivalent to one-twelfth (1/12) of an employee's total basic salary earned within the year and must be paid by employers on or before December 24. This benefit, introduced by Presidential Decree No. 851, provides financial relief during the holiday season, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention while ensuring legal compliance. It excludes allowances, bonuses, and other monetary benefits beyond the basic salary.

Yes normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, usually 8 hours/day, 5 days a week. Anything of 40 hours is considered overtime, and is charged at 25% premium on regular hourly rate. If staff work a night shift e.g. 10pm to 6am, then by law a premium of 10% is applied on top of their regular wage.

It depends on the role specialization, but the majority of teams can be set up within 4-8 weeks.

The monthly staffing fee is broken down into 5 components, which give you a fixed monthly staffing rate.
