Yes normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, usually 8 hours/day, 5 days a week. Anything of 40 hours is considered overtime, and is charged at 25% premium on regular hourly rate. If staff work a night shift e.g. 10pm to 6am, then by law a premium of 10% is applied on top of their regular wage.
